Turf Tamers question

Anyone here ever heard of cutting off every other knob on a turf tamer for better traction?

Yup,,alot of people do that for better traction,,,only down fall is you wear the tire out about 70% faster..:(

**** no don't cut out every other knob. That will wer out in like 2 rides. FOr grooving tires you should take like one knob from the middle, then 2 knob on the next row spaced out by like 3 knobs, then 1 then 2 and so on. You only want to groove them if you ride in loamy conditions so you get more bite in the dirt.

they def do hook up better and they def wear down faster!!!!
