im gonna be ordering a hmf full system soon....i didnt know they were 430 i thought they were 220...anyway, i want to get it powdercoated but im not sure if this is a good idea, ive heard it looks really bad after a little while. should i spend the extra $20 on the pc

the full system maybe $420 but the slip on is $220 or less i believe.


id stick with thier polished can. the can when pc'd is subjected to heat and cooling cycles and it causes the pc to loose its bond, some sooner then others. also, the pc can become pliable when the can reaches its maximum temp and dirt and dust will actually stick to it. thats the main reason they dont stay looking the way they come from the supplier.

yea i was hoping youd answer...thats what i heard, the heat messes it up, i was just thinking itd look awesome in black but if it fades why waste the money...
