2002 vs 99-01 steering stem

do u guys no if there is a difference in the 2002 and the 99-01 steering stem, they have diff. part #'s my dealer tells me.

The only difference I see from my bros(2002) and mine(2001) is that mine has a helmet holder hook and the 2002 doesn't.
