Does Even Crank Over!!

Well I just had my frame powder coated and I put it together and now i go to turn the key on and the green light turns on and then I go and turn the headlights and the green light just shuts off. I checked all my fuses and none of them are blown. Need help!!!!:eek2:

Check for either a bad connection or a loose ground wire. Make sure you clean off where your ground wires connect on the frame.

Is your battery fully charged? Did you clean the frame down to bare metal anywhere there is a grounding connection?

Yea Ill check my ground again. But can anything else go wrong. I just got my quad like 2months ago and it only has about 25 hours on it. Can the starter be bad?

no..its prob. not the starter...its prob. a bad ground wire or connection

your starter relay would probably be the peoblem with it beore the starter would go. but like they said check the grounds first.

Well thanks to all you EX riders for the great help. It was a bad ground to the frame. I had to sand off some of the power coating to get a good ground. Thanks to all you EXrs for the great help.
