How often should you have a steering stabilizer rebuilt?

I think it really depends on how much you ride your quad. My Denton started feeling squishy after about two years for me. You can tell it needs to be rebuilt when the bars start to get easy to turn on the hardest setting. You can also feel and hear the worn out fluid in the stabilizer if you jerk the bars back and forth quickly. Too bad they didn't make the rebuildable units back when I first bought mine cuz mine's definitely shot at this point.
