my pup, she wil be 3 in feb i think, i got her last december because a friend of mine couldnt spend the time with her he wanted. 2 jobs and 2 babies. she is a HUGE baby that dosent know her own strength. one of the most loving dogs ive had in my life also. whats funny is my friends little girl named her smoochy.

Lol hes almost 7, he's a rare mostly liver german short hair pointer.

I have a female that has more spots like most do. She's 9, getting alot of grey around the eyes.

I used to three day event with my Thoroughbred gelding, he was a crazy one.... how tall is the Hanoverian??? Im assuming at least 16.3

Tucker is 16.1, he was an ex racehorse, still acts like one though

gunsmoke is a beast! He's 17 hands even... I event with Natia, but shes 6 and still is a little wild- we do great in stadium and xc, but she needs to calm down so we can get some decent dressage scores. Gunsmoke is older now, i was going to try team roping with him but it didnt work out...so he's basically a trail horse that my friends ride now!

What a coincedence! that is awesome that you event! I quit eventing about 2 yrs ago, I was up to Prelim level with Tucker and we were training for a CCI* and going for Young Riders team.... but I decided that I wanted to be all about quads bc I had a feeling I would be better at racing

Yeah i dont event much anymore...maybe once every two months. I compete at the training level mostly, and i should be able to go prelim within the next two shows...

but yeah im more into riding my quad in the summer, but i prefer the horses in the winter for some reason...

yeah every once in a while I wish I could go tear across a cross country course bc it is so fun, the complicated technical questions were the best, have you ever schooled a CCI* course with the steeplechase section? what a blast!

Well I have seen alot of very cool looking dogs but haven't seen any of these on here. This is my Sugar Glider. Its a female and around 10 months old but its full grown. The only thing that will change is that it will get a little brown mixed in with the gray.

These were my baby's back in the day.. How old were some of you in 1990?

Female was almost 15' long and 140 lbs. The male was 10' long and a little over 100 lbs..

They have a happy life at a zoo in florida now..

There really good dogs. The one in the pic was a miniature australian shepherd not the regular Australian Shepherd. There a fairly a new breed, not reconized by AKC yet. The pups are a bit pricey, $300-$800 depending on the color(solids are cheaper, merles are more). They stand about 12"-18" at the shoulder compared to the standard Australian Shepherd which is 18" and up.
There a herding dog, so they have lots of enery. Very, very hiper and very, very smart( considered the smartest dog breed in the world along with the border collie). You have to keep their minds busy. With my dogs I keep them busy with frisbee, agility, swimming, even chasing my quad(well there actually trying to herd my quad).
As for recommending them, i would as long as they stay busy. If you decide to get one, try to get one without any herding lines, meaning there parents arn't herders. They will be a lot less active and wont herd everything in sight. They are people dogs. They wont do good out in the backyard, they want to be with you. They are very loving and great with kids and with other dogs as long as they get the proper socialization. If you want some more info, let me know. Also check out www.petfinder.org you can search by breed for homeless dogs in your area.

That is UNFORTANATE, pits can obviously be mean if bread for it :( But they are very loyal and sweet dogs. LOVE attention. My friends call my brown male a lapdog. Loves to watch tv on laps :cool:

She's 2 and a half years old. (I love talking about her can't you tell?) Yes, she's purebred - From a breeder in Florida. I love her to death! The doctor says she's too fat, but she's been on a strict diet since July and has not dropped a pound - her mom was 130/dad was 150 - so I think she's just "big boned."

Well , we went to the post office one day and he tied that dumbass to the roll bar in his Jeep Comanche (remember those?) so he would stop jumping out. Good old PaPa left the rope a tad too long and out goes knute, yipe.... thud.... yipe, thud, yipe, thud.... ummm PaPa?! I think you'd better stop......

Poor little guy was banging against the side of the Jeep just a hollering.. I was I think 11 or 12 and that really scared me. PaPa just stopped and grabbed Knute by the collar and tossed him into the back again and said.... "KNOCK IT OFF YA DUMB ****"...

My buddy has one of those lizard/gecho/cameleon things ... it changes colors ( i'm really not sure what it is) but that mofo was on my hand one day ... gave me a weird stare and jumped on my face . i wonder if theres ever been a doberman/pitbull mutt.. they dont get along to well though, my pop pops pitbull and our doberman didnt get along at all, amazinly the doberman scared the pitbull, which is really strange...but that'd be a cool dog, that or a doberman and rott...
