Fog Light On a dodge neon

anyone ever replaced the drivers side fog lamp on a 1st generation neon sport? I cannot figure out how to get the fixture out!!

I have had an answer on another website:
"I contacted Dodge both at the dealership and through their web site. Neither was particularly enlightening. I learned that the "black box" in this case houses the PCM. As for changing the bulb, I gave in and removed the whole front fascia (6 hex-head bolts and 8 torx screws) and PCM (two hex-head bolts) so I could get to the fog lamp (1 hex-head nut) to change the bulb. What brilliant engineering this was!"

I hope to god I dont have to do this, When i was looking before at it, thats what I thought I was going to have to do.
