??anti-fade help ??

i just got a durablue axle and a LSR antifade. every thing was fine and i while i was riding in first gear i slid the back end out while turning around and the chain popped off. when i looked at it i noticed that there was about 2" of play in the axle sliding side to side and the lock nut is tight so i dont no what the prob is. also the bearings and carrier are brand new. :confused: :confused:
