Digital Camera Q's

I need to find a good digital camera. The one I have now you have to hold the button down and about a second or so later it will take the picture. I would to get some pics of some trail rides ,wheelies, etc. Whats a good camera that doesnt have the delay under 300 bucks?

my old kodak had a horrible delay.

my new sony 5mega pixel digi doesnt have a long delay.... and takes it really fast.

if i was you, test the digi at the store ......most of them can be turned on , and see if it has a delay or not.

Most.... if all camera's under 300 dollars have a delay...

I have an Olympus 4.0 megapixel with some color turbo thing... and the delay isnt too bad but its always there...

i know with my kodiak, if you hold the button 1/2 way down for a sec. it will like open the shutter or something and when you go allthe way down, it will take the pic right away. kinda hard to explain...

pushing the button halfway down sets the auto focus... that helps take a faster picture.
