pipe and jet kit

I am getting a pipe, K&N filter and jets for my wifes 1994 300ex. I am leaving the lid on the airbox because we hit some soupy stuff from time to time. I am wondering what kind of jetting changes will be needed. The EX is bone stock as it sits right now and she is outriding the stock power. My elevation is 600'. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What kind of pipe are you getting? From the 300ex that I have dynoed all stock except a pipe, filter, jet kit I would recommend a 132-136main jet(Dynojet jet) needle in the 3rd notch and see how the bike runs.
