yeah, they don't know what they are doing, if you get on that show, they're ganna do the same thing they do to all the others, paint it, spend money on useless interior, put racing seats in your stock powered car, take out the backseat and put subs in it along with a whole radio thing, and of course put tv screens in the sun visors, and in the back of the front seat headrest.

thats cool, but like everyone said those guys are a little bit too much on that show at times............ I like that show Overhaulin or whatever it is... Id like for someone to "steal" my truck for that show :D

almost everything i have seen them do on that show is wonderful, there was the one old camaro they redid and they put the most beautiful paint job on it, it was black with very realistic flames..... and everything they did to that car was just amazing!

Yeah I flipped to MTV last night right when that came on. So I thought, hey maybe this guy rides quads. Then I realized he was a surfer so I thought WTF. I didn't get it but it was cool seeing it on that big screen.

ive been working on trying to draw like that..ive been on more of the cartoon angle than his drawings are...... im gonna keep working on it...maybe i can start selling them, i need the money for the money pits (the dale and the truck)

I dunno....I think the Pimp my ride guys are pretty good, they just don't have their priorities right. All show and no go.....can't say that is my motto. I mean, it's cool to have a "pimp" looking ride, but to have it on the same junk stock powertrain is just wrong.

Did you see the one where they made that ford escort look like a BMW? It was pretty cool....still and escort, but cool how they did it. :p

lol what are you mad they didnt put gun rack in, a frig to keep a 6 pack and a cup holder for your brewsky a 8 ft lift with some super swamer mud tires and winch

its pimp my ride i think that point of what they do on there is to overdue it....ya know thats where they get pimp from, they just do stuff you dont see in a car as a challenge, if you look at what they do , they do good work and the other cars they do are really nice..hummers etc...

half of those performance mods you guys think they should be doing arent legal, and hwo the hell needs a super performing ford escort....its a daily driver not a race car...

the funniest thing is when you get some 17 year old kids hell yeah man we got a cold air intake and rice cannon on the back this thing has like 65 horspower now, i took off the hub caps and i got a system, but those pimp my whatever blingin morons dont know what there doing, they should be putting cold air intakes on everything not new paint jobs, bodies,seats and stuff who wants that stuff, ill buy some seat covers from napa

i tihkn the acting in pimp my ride is stupid. But the show is sweet. I dont know if you notice or not but they do put performance parts on the motors. They dont talk about it because half the people who watch the show dont understand motor mods. I remember the VW buggy thing and they rebuilt the motor, but a k and n filter on it and stuff. They modded out the civic motor if you payed close attention. Im sure they put some performance stuff on the cars.

i think all them shows are stupid. it looks like overhualin might do nice work but they ruined a nice dodge challenger the night i watched it. i would have much rather have had that car the way it came in, instead of the way it left.

I have seen every episode to pimp my ride and have never seen them even open the hood. Do they do anythign to it? Cause if I had a car and the engine bay was messed up and ugly still I would hate that. I mean...you have this car with 30,000$ worth if crap in it yet the engine bay and engine are still pure crap...whats the point? I am not even talking about making it fast...just looking good. I want to submit my 1974 cherokee.

I saw the show tonight! That was pretty damn cool if you ask me, seeing the Quads doing some freestyle on MTV! I wish it wouldn't have gone so fast, it was like 3 seconds only.:( For once, it wasn't a dirtbike! (don't get me wrong, i like them too but it's time for Quads!)
