no link 250r rear end?

What is the advantage of having a no link swingarm/shock? I found a good deal on one, and I want to know what the difference is in handling and performance between having a linkage. And would this work well for mx racing?

I believe you need a whole new frame for a no link. I've never ridden one, But I hear good things.
