I ordered a full 400ex system from them the beginning of May. I called them a couple weeks later to find out that they didn't have the materials to make any pipes. I asked to cancel my order. "Your credit card won't get charged until parts ship." Quoted directly from their website. I was charged a few days later with no parts even made. I have called them 4 times (monthly cc statements not showing a credit). The last time I called the guy I talked to said that the owner wasn't a very good business man. What the hell?? It's not like they just started the business!!
I tried calling today to hear..."bee beep beeeeep, We're sorry, the number you have dialed is no longer in service..."
Here I sit, No product, Just wanting a damn refund(which shouldn't have been in the first place...remember, no charge til parts ship?), and paying finance charges on $442.xx
Anybody else have issues with them or want to help me???:mad:
