Sorry, but they never made a 440 Hemi motor. 331, 354, 392, and 426. My neighbor gave me a 55' Chrysler 331 Firepower. It is going in a 31' dodge 3 window but I need to find a smaller bell housing for it to fit.

yeah man, i never heard of a 440 hemi, i just heard of 345, 426, and 528, the top fuels use 528's, badass, and toyotas have a hemi, but they're cool and don't brag about it like dodge does with their new hemi, and its a 345, come on, if it was the 426 go ahead and brag, but a 345?:(

Actualy a funny car/top fuel is 500 CC and who cares if the new hemi is just 345 the whole hemi thing is just trying to sell more cars/trucks and personally I thinks its working. Atleast dodge is coming at with some semi afforable performance cars now. Alot of cars have been a hemi Dodge was not even the first to build a hemispherical head it was in a airplane in like 1917 i think. A 528 hemi is just a 426 bored and stroked.

That body looks pretty good. Nice job on the apolstry, lookin good! Are u gunna rebuild the 318 or find another motor? I wish we had the time and money right now to restore the '69 superbee, '69 GTX, '70 AAR cuda, and '65 dart. Its a shame to have em all and cant enjoy em. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid119/p2dded863145d676d9728c834a8809c71/f86d2fa6.jpg
