Dumb Question about Hipers!!

Ok this is a dumb question ... but I'll ask it anyways .

I have a set of 10" front Hipers on my 450 . Will a set of grooved radials fit on these rims??

as long as the last number in like i think the JL grooved radials are 19x6x10 the last number in your wheel size the middle the tire width and the first the height of course
