450R shock on 400ex?

Hey I was just asking my self if 450r shock were fitting on 400ex, if no is it possible to fit that? how ?

For the front especially..

They do fit but you have to grind down the top of the shock a bit.

i have 450r shocks on the front of my 400ex,i didnt have to grind the top shock mout, but its close, they r soo much better, the stcok 400 shocks,, they dont rebound as fast

are they the same length and all if you did do would you have to move your shock mount

What would be better for a 400ex works steelers or the 450r shocks?

Actully they are about 3/4 to 1 inch longer than stock 400ex shocks, But depending on your clearance u might have to grind the top of the shock just a tinny bit.
A guy in our area is running a set of 450r shocks, on his 400ex, But he sent them to Derise and had him revalve them and put a triple rate setup with SSD, and They look good, and work great.

450r shocks also work good on KFX's and Z's!!!!!!

I went riding yesterday and smoked a lil tree, and my thumb if PUCKED up, i cant even seem to like grab anything with it yet, Im gona give it a few days!!! But i would like to go!!!!!! ill swing by somtime this week!!!!!!!!!

I replaced my brakes after Casey, I should have pitted for rear brakes after my 3rd lap!!!!!

But yeah, i have about 10 sets or so that have just a little bit of pads left on them im gona use up!!!!!!!
