I've got a new-in-box Rekluse Z-start clutch with perch adjuster for a TRX450R. $450 shipped with insurance. Can provide pics if needed, but like I said, it is all new in the original box and still in the plastic.

They are, but you're asking too much. Rocky Mountain sells it for $399.

Keep your witz about you. :D That does not include the adjustable perch. $99 more. $500 total. So, $450 is a deal with shipping, insurance and paypal. So, someone could pay $500 or pay $450 and have the same thing.

Pasted directly from the Rocky Mountain website:

The Z-Start is a revolutionary new automatic clutch that replaces your stock pressure plate. The Z-Start automatically disengages your clutch at engine idle speed. As throttle is applied, centrifugal forces progressively yet positively engages the clutch. The Z-Start provides perfect low-rpm clutch "feathering" every time.
The Z-Start installs in minutes without modifying any of your existing clutch parts.
The Z-Start Clutch comes with an external adjuster that can be fine tuned to your riding style or riding conditions in just seconds.
Brake slide into corners without reaching for that clutch lever. Explode out of corners with perfect clutch "feathering" every time. Eliminate stalling in low-speed corners, hard braking, even crashes.

According to their ad, it already comes with the adjuster for $399. Look, I'm not trying to be an ***, just making a point that it can be had cheaper, including the adjuster.

Hey Witz! You're right! I just called them and confirmed it. I waited for about 5 minutes and the gal went and asked somebody who knew. She said, "yep, it mounts on the handlebars". Anyways, I'm gonna buy from them, tonight! thanks!!!!!!!!! I owe you.

hey guys, not to burst any bubbles, but did you consider giving C&D Racing a call on a price for the Clutch if you don't want to buy a members items.

I called and asked them earlier and they were much more expensive. If they'll match Rocky's price I'll go with them. I'm thinking they were almost $100 more. If they're reading this, let me know! I'll wait till I hear from them.

I hate it when you're right too! :)

The more I read the posts on this clutch, the more it makes me want to get a 450R for it to fit. But, that's not happening. :(

Anyway, I'm probably going to take less for it since it appears you guys are right. :o I'd like to get this thing moved, but I didn't and don't want to give it away either. It actually belongs to my son and I'm selling it for him.

Well, what's the lowest price you'll sell it for?

Well, how much? Can you beat that $399 price with the adjuster? Or would you rather e-mail it to me. I'm at bjbmccurdy@sbcglobal.net
