Would this be a good 400ex for me to buy?

I'm looking at a 2000 400ex with full chassis skid plates, HMF slip on, AC front bumper, razr rear tires, new stock fronts, 155 main jet, all new bearings, and new piston rings & valve seals. How does that sound to everyone? If I do get it would it be smart to get HMF headers for the silencer?

Srry, its $3000, but it doesnt matter anymore. My dad skrewed up this whole thing. I guess ill just have to pimp out the 300:ermm:
