Anyone have one of these? I picked up mine from the dealer on friday and it doesn't line up at all. I took it back yesterday and said I wanted a new one. The guy behind the counter didn't believe me that it didn't fit. Any tricks to getting these things on there?

kick him in the teeth if he doesnt believe you & demand your money back

sometimes you gotta use a pry bar to get them on..but it shouldnt be that far off.:o

Whatever happened to customer is always right i would take the bike in the back of my truck and show him and dont fit then with his boss standing there shove it up his tail pipe!!!!! They should take it back but youll probably have to pay a restock fee thats how my dealer is on items that wont sell again right away!!!

he said to stop back on monday and he'll call up Tag and see what they can do. He checked the part # and said that it should fit. I was planning on bringing my quad there with me too but I'm afraid they'll make me pay for service. I would just return but it's a 20% restocking fee. And the bumper has plenty of pit marks in it, I don't think it's worth anywhere near what I paid for it.

it should go right on theyr and if its that much of a problem to get it on then u should get a new one for free. and if u dont chuck it at. then they will see why it dont fit

I had to use a pry bar to get my Tag bumper on. It was for a 400EX but I made it work on my 450R.

I just picked up the new one today, it's still off but it's alot closer than the other one. I'll see what I can do about getting it fit.

I used a dremel to make the holes a little longer for my IMS bumper. I'm going to have to do the same thing for the AC bumper I got for the shee. It always seems that one "post" is too short.
