WELL GUYS......let me know how you all did at Capeway Rovers today.... due to a previous commitment S R P couldn't make today's race...... how did you like the track?

The track was great you were in the air half the time and it held up really well. We ran 6 laps each moto :eek: I placed 7th in 4 stroke C overall

track was sweet, had a blast it was great to see alotta ppl from neatv n e 1 that didnt go missed out on an awesome day

The track is well maintained and the facilities there were better then most of the national tracks ive been too.NEATV def. needs to add it to the schedule for next year.

The track was setup pretty sweet I agree. I liked that there really weren't any berms for the corners. That last off camber tuen was a very tough turn even for the pro's.
I really need to get into riding shape :rolleyes:

I LOVE THAT TRACK! I took home 1st place in the Open A, haha tommy, but thats ok tommy you beat vinny in a moto, haha i had to razz yah vinne. yea and holy crap mike, creamer, bard are faaast!!!
i really loved the corners and the jumps would be better if they were lipped more and had longer landings.
Jim Truman, that was sick when we looked over at each other off those two big tables. fun last battle with yah.

The track was very sweet. They need to add it next yr. A few of those turns were pretty bad. But great overall. Placed 6th overall in 4stroke b. 8th overall in open b. Could'nt run second moto of 4stroke tweaked the wrist and had to sit out. Fun day.

133 quads showed up. not much at all but its def a track to get on the NEATV schedule for next year! GREAT facilities

I had a good time today. The track was fun, although some of the jumps need to be reconfigured a little bit. (the two rollers after the finish line?)
I would be cool to have an NEATV there; some thing different instead of the same 3 tracks all the time. Nice facility and the track held up good. Some spots might be a little tight with a full gate of 20 riders.
I ended up 4th in the Open Pro and 4th in 4-stroke Pro-Am. Nice way to end the 2004 racing season!
It was great to race one more time before the YFZ gets torn down for a complete overhall. Nice to see everyone again and good racing today!
The track was awesome, i hope they put it on the schedule for next year. I know they didnt like the turnout, but if it was on the neatv schedule, there would definitely be over double the turnout.
Awesome track, i loved the flat corners and the jumps were decent, but some needed bigger lips. Your definitely right about those rollers at the end, they beat me up every lap. Everything else was basically great.

Ended up 1st overall in 4 stroke C. It was crazy to see so many dales actually in one day. I think NEATV should try to add it to the schedule more than once. Def. a sweet track. Just needs what everyone else has already listed.

yea i liked the track, would make a great addition to the schedule. i loved the flat corners cuz you could slide the bike right around. the track condition held up better than most tracks.
i had a decent day ending up 4th overall in the 4str C class. cant figure out how justin rode that 416ex to a 1st overall, great job man!!

I would def like to see that track on our schedule next year i had so much fun!! Me and 666 stepped up to the plate and tried the open pro am class HOLY COW!!!!
Anyways i'm very impressed with that place!!
I went 4th overall Open A and 8th Overall Open Pro Am!!

Thanks man. I liked how you always pulled up next to me at the line. I was thinking to myself that you wanted to pull me this time. The 416 is a nice bike. I couldn't clear the two tables on the start there completely with it though. It just doesn't have the rocket power of my yfz and i was always down shifting and sometimes if i didn't, i lugged it and slowed down ALOT. i think if i had more practice time on it, i could have done better. Overall, i like the bike. Just can't wait until the HMF shorty i ordered comes in so i can ditch that t-4 system and get it back on the stock 400ex we have. the 416 needs a 39mm carb too:devil: #5 with the red/white KandK bike said that i was riding faster on my 416 than yfz:confused: meh, thats why its a practice/backup bike. Anyways, i look foward to next years season. Im staying in Novice seeing i did not earn my way to B.
Next year i plan to stay in novice for about half the year, then once most of the tracks are repeated on the schedule, ill step up to B.

I loved that track. definetly should be added to NEATV series. I went 5th and 5th in 4stkb, not to good of a finish but I had a blast anyways.

I seemed to hit eveyone on the track at least twice:rolleyes:
and my quad woulden't run the first moto (loose wire)
oh well it was still a fun day.

Tell him to refrain from the no footers off the spectator on the last lap when is is in the lead :eek2:

You hit people caus ethe rack was tight? I didn't race, i watched. From what i saw the turns looked unpassable, unless you charged into it harder. Track seemed like it could use another 5 ft of width every where. Did any one racing feel the track was pretty tight?

The corners were not too bad. That little off camber one killed me everytime. But i did pass alot of people in the back one over by the BMX track and then the long one in the middle of the track. You did need to charge into them quick to make a pass.

wide open 4th gear! with alot of preload on the face.
The track was tight, but the corners were good for passing. You could always swoop inside of anybody that took an outside line.

i thought the track was awesome for passing!! you def have to out brake people to pass on that track and it makes for fun racing!

that track was sweet i have fun all day eldon your right tho the only was to pass people was to out brake them and thanks alot for the use of your bike in the 2nd moto may b some day i'll show u how to hole shot with it lol j.k
