Dam what a site this is. I hear leg cramps are usually caused by a lack of potassium. Ive been told for years to eat bananas if you are having leg cramps.

Ha you crazy mofo's and your bananas. :p This might be off the "new" subject, but whenever I get cramps in my toes its like the worst pain in the world. Next time your toes start to curl up and the pain starts grab your toes and stretch them straight again and the pain instantly stops. It works for whatever reason and its better than wincing in pain waiting for it to stop. Its kinda weird though cuz thats the only type of charlie horse ive ever had. Its true that it's usually a sign of dehydration. Now back to those bananas...
