my three friends and I will be racing a few GNCC races next year, and one of them rides a 2004 Rubicon 500. We've found a piston/cam set, a big bore kit, exhaust, filters, etc.

Now we're looking for more stuff, especially an aftermarket carb and radiator, but i cant seem to find anyone who makes one.

What other kind of performance stuff is out there for the honda 500 motor?

Also, what do people think of beadlocks on utilities? Does anybody make them?

Omf makes some 12 inch beadlocks, You could try using a fcr carb on it. It would probly take awhile to dial it in since no one real knows where to start from. But maybe some one out there does.
