aright i was riding up at west point tn, the other day and needed to make a phone call..and the only place at get service there is at the top of pebble hill....so i put my cellphone in the AIR BOX and head to the top of the hill....well it was gettin late in the day and i decided that it was time to go....so i run through the creek to clean up a little, forgetting that i still have my cellphone in the air box. Needless to say the thing would not work at all

I put my keys in my Blaster's airbox, and after a hard day of whoops, I go to get my keys out of the airbox, and what do you know, no keys........

A guy I ride with has a CR and he put a fanny pack around his handle bars so he has extra sparkplugs, wrenches, camera, etc and he's never lost anything. It works pretty well for carrying extra parts.

just use a piece of 4" PVC pipe with two screw caps on the ends.mount it under your front plastics.it will be air/water tight. this is the setup i have and it works excellent.i can keep tools, a mini air pump,my cell,my wallet,my smokes,an extra pair of gloves for winter riding, and some other odds and ends in it at the same time.;)

I have tthis one thing that I use to cary my camera, the strap wraps around your neck, then under one of your arms, it works good and doesn't fall off.

pockets work for me, depends on how much stuff i need to carry, unless i have my gear on...

My cell went through a washing machine and still works fine...i usually either take a back pack or if im wearing riding pants and boots i just kinda stick it down there and it just like sits on the top of the boots...but if i do anything that i mite wreck on i always take it out

i usually carry a fanny pack i use the straps to connect it to the front of my 400ex frame it also holds to water bottles and just put your phone, wallet, keys in a zipp lock bag. never had a problem with mine and then you don't have extra stuff on you.
makes for a comfortable ride.

I have a nokia, its been dropped and slept on a few times. Sill works like a champ. I have a bud that had is fall in the toilet when he was about to take a poo. Water damage is pretty much garaunteed to f it up. His died also, had to buy another phone.

I usually take a small fanny pack when I go on distance rides.

Cleanshave300ex carry's his flower covered 5 start back pack:confused:
