I am leaving wisconsin on the 15th and hope to be in cali the 18th.We will be staying at ogilby would like to meet some exriders and hang out and ride.I will be in a white box van with mikes cycle shop sticker on the side with wisconsinquadracing.com stickers alsoon the side.I met harlon at the atv expo a few weeks back and then also bumped into him at the 12 hr race in iowa and i must say he is a nice guy and is big time into quads.I run the Great Lakes Quad Racing Association myself along with www.wisconsinquadracing.com and it sure is nice to get away and talk to people from all over the USA.Stop by and visit we camp 2or3 hunfred yards straight in from the end of the road that leads you in to ogilby..........Chris

I have met you before out there. We got a pilot jet from you and you checked out my old 426ex, and I remember your red and blue Houser/Elka crf450. We will be out there again, in the same place. Look for a full mx 450R #469.

I'll be near Ogilby Rd. Just look for the red Honda 400ex and a colorful helmet.

We are undecided between Glamis and Buttercup for that weekend. Glamis is almost too crazy that weekend. And it is worse every year.

Go to Olgilby. Its nice and quiet at night. No dust. Everyone is pretty spread out there. Besides we could all meet up.

That is why we camp at ogilby .Glamis is a lot of fun and we hang out there for a day or two but it is to crazy to much dust and so many people riding in that area that you cant find clean sand any where.Ogilby is nice with partys going on all over but they are not so crazy dont get me wrong i like big wild partys but they never stop at glamis.I am looking forward to this trip every year and its only less than a week before i leave.Hope to see you there........Chris

Ogilby is not Glamis. And Thanksgiving is crowded, even at Ogilby.

Glamis is a lot of fun back in 99 i camped there and two campsites down was a bunch of idiots drinking and nrxt thing i knew i was running for cover after the one guy took his gun out and started threatning people needless to say he went to jail amd nobody got hurt.I had an awesome time there but decided that ogilby was where i wanted to camp in 2000.
I still go to glamis and ride and hang out for a couple days but i prefer Ogilby.I guess livivng in wisconsin and not having any dunes to ride i dont care where i dune ride as long as i ride.Sand what a beautiful thing................Chris

We'll be at Glamis. Staying in our top secret spot nearest camp is 100 yards away.....

The guys from sandbros.com will be at Ogilby. We'll stop by and visit them.

Olgilby is not Glamis? Hmm. Glamis is played out anyway, too many posers hanging out starting fights and stealing things. Oh and Olgilby really isnt that crowded on Thanks. compared to say Gordons Well, Glamis, or even Grays Well.

Glamis is the North Dunes accessible from 78. Ogilby is the South Dunes accessible by 8.

My post was sarcastic Perry. I have been going to the dunes for 20 years. You can get to Glamis from I-8 also. Glamis, Gordons Well and Olgilby are the North side of the Imperial sand dunes, and Buttercup is actually the south side.

HEY...my buddy Tony:D I didn't make it out that trip. My dad didn't make it either. Both of us we're under the weather and wife had another issue. My T-Day trip will be a short one this year. Fri-Sat-Sun only.

Tony, try to make it out those couple days.
