HELP! ex problem

I was riding my EX today and I went to give it full throttle and and would only rev up to around half throttle. I checked the carb, and its opening fully. I have no idea what it might be. Theres no spuddering, or anything. It just won't rev out.

Someone please help me and I need valve adjustment specs for it. It has a stage two hotcam if you'd need to know.

i had the same prob on my dirtbike. it might be the silencer. the inner tube on the silencer came loose and was blocking the exaust and it lacked power bigtime. couldnt get it out of 2nd w/o it bogging down. hope this helps:D

The valve specs are .005 intake and .006 exhaust

if you just put the cam in, i would make damn sure the timing is right.
