Who's the guy that makes the aluminum key/temp light plates?

I saw a pic of one somewhere on here but couldn't find it. It also had little stickers labeling on/off, temp...
I'm real interested in buying one w/out the little stickers.
If someone has one from LSR they want to part with, that'll work too. I don't think they sell them seperately.
