Anyone use a yfz carb on modded 416?

Hey guys, we picked up a 416ex off of EX80, his old race bike. It came with the stock carb, 416, cam, port, hinson clutch and more in that motor. My question is that can i run a yfz carb on the 416? It uses the same thumb throttle end so it works with that thumb throttle too. Also, what do you guys think the jetting should be if i tried? I might attempt this for the weekends race if i can find out the jetting specs and what not.
