hey.....im looking for some exercise equipment....mainly a bench press....i want to find a relitivly(sp) cheap one.....but im also open to other multi function machines....anyone got any advice?:macho

get a cheap bench...get a bar and bout 175lbs in weights..get adjustable dumbells too.. thats what i do. also do your push ups,sit ups, and run

i have a bench, lots of weights and a bar i need to get rid of, i live in GA though, shipping on 4 25lb weights would be expensive, and thats just the start lol

i got my bench for $80 at walmart, no weights tho, but i got all my weights and bar at the mall for $100

People are constantly selling them in the classifeids section of the paper...just keep your eyes open.

I look for sales from a couple of local stores. I have $1500 worth of equipment in my basement, and have less then a grand into it.

I saved $ by waiting for dumbells and plates to go on sale and looking for end of year closeouts on benches, now if only I could motivate myself to start using it again.
