Go for it! Laz, the owner does great work, has a fast turn around time, is more than happy to answer your questions along the way, and has some of the most competitive pricing around. I was thoroughly satisfied with my first experience with them. Laz's 452 kit turns the 400 into a whole different animal.

would that 450 stroker kit be reliable With the right gaskets and right compression?? Just wondering thanks

Oh its definitely more reliable than my old 440 kit for sure. It's because it comes with a heavy duty connecting rod and they true and hardweld your crank. Plus its just a 416 stock bore with a custom short skirt high comp JE piston with a huge stroke on it. I feel much safer with my bottom end all beefed up than I did with a 10:1 440 with a stock bottom end. Oh, and to my knowledge, I believe Lazarus recommends OEM gaskets with this kit.
