oil problems please help me

oil keeps coming out of my intake and coming out of my air box, i think there is to much oil but i checked the tank and no oil showed on the dip stick, I really hate my KFX all i had was problems out of the Dam* thing,

did u check the oil when it was warm or cold. did u change the oil urself? if u never changed the oil do it just in case there is too much in there. is it brand new or used? are u sure it isnt air filter oil? stupid questions but u never know
