Probably pushing 46-50 max hp, depending on what octane and your elevation! That is good numbers though, i have all but the piston and love it, but am looking to go 13.8:1 this winter. How do you like the piston?

From the numbers I have seen with that setup (40hp-43hp). A Stock 450r is 32hp-33hp. These numbers are from the rear wheel.:D

I will get to ride it for the first time this weekend. Hopefully the weather will hold off.

Yes, 37 HP is stock crack hp, so i am talking crank hp before, so 42-3 wheel hp is very respectable:devil:especially being about 390 wet (with nerfs)! HP is truely irrelevent, it's a matter of getting it to the ground and handling it, but more is usually always matter:D
Let us know on the piston!!!

Yes, and we have all heard the truth of that every dyno is different, but when it comes down to bragging rights, do what Chad502 does and post a pic w/ the proof on it! Until then, nice numbers

Trost, you should be pushing around 45-50 HP. We're getting consistent HP numbers in that range out of TRXs w/ mods similiar to yours. You get an FCR carb and you'll be pushing 50-52 HP, i'd bet. I was pushing 43 HP with a JE 11.5:1 piston, stageII cam, Sparks exhaust, Dyno jet kit, and k&n filter....but now i'm at 48 with the JE 13:1 piston.

YOU WILL LOVE THE PISTON! heh, its a freakin' beast with the big pistons!

OK there here's a pic I cant post a pic of the numbers I have no scanner but I a sure you thats what they were I was right there.

Nice try

Do ya need more proof:macho

Also there is no gain for me to lie about anything.

I forgot to mention that I have the HRC kit too.

I believe him. The hrc makes a difference. Get a 13:1 piston then watch the difference :)

If I can figure out how to post a pic, I will post the graph of the 450r with full sparks exhaust, sparks cam, and filter.

IceRacer, I pulled that 43HP with that crappy *** 11.5:1 piston which really hurt my performance more than it helped! Plus the dyno proved my jetting was off which also hendered the performance. There's nothing wrong with the StageII hotcam, it's probably not up to the specs of the Sparks cam but thats cool. We put a stageII cam in a TRX w/ a full Yoshi exhaust, NoToil filter, and just jetted up the main to a 185. It pushed out 45 HP.
