Yea me to. Check all wires you have a bare wire somewhere.

My friend had a problem like that every time he would turn the lights the fuse would blow. Well we found out that one of the headlight light bulbs was burnt out. Check your head light bulb.

yeah hats what i was thinkin its got to be a burnt out headlight light bulb:)

mine did the same thing the problem on mine was the wires going to the socket for the bulb rubbed against the metal housing check that iam almost 100% sure its that just wrap the wire in electrical tape and you will be set

My one friend had the same problem with his 400 right after he stuck new plastic on it, turned out the wire from the headlights rubbed against the frame and when he turned them on......blown fuse. Taped them up no problem any more.
