I have the complete axle and swingarm off of my 300ex. I am replacing the seals and bearings etc... I was looking at it and thinking about putting a grease zerk in for the pivot bolt. It is a pain to take it apart to grease it and I thought this would make it a lot easier. I would put it in the swingarm 1/2 way between the 2 bearings. The grease should flow on the outside of the pivot tube and out to the bearings. Let m eknow if anyone has done this and if there is any reason i should or should not. Thanks in advance guys!!!

I would put the zerk in the pivot otl , plug the other end and drill a couple holes where the seelves ride on the bolt.
There were some pics on here. Jeff at the quad shop does this mod.
