ok im thinkin about gettin some wheel spacers on ebay. the ones i want are all metal and screw on to the bolts that already exist. 4 seperate spacers for each hub. any body else have some of these and do they help for handleing and what not?

here are the ones i was lookin at. dont hondas all have the same bolt pattern and threads?

i agree, i would never buy wheel spacers it just has more stress on ball joints and makes bump steer really bad

are they a good alternative for extended a-arms?> NO
are they good for what they cost?> IMO YES.

if you are not riding mx or jumping, they are a good cheap way to widen your quad and improve handling (in some ways). YES, they will cause more "bump steer". basically your handle bars will seem more jerky then normal, and you will feel the little bumps more. however if you can get past the extra jerking, you will like the stability the the added width offers. i used them on a 4000ex in the sand for a while and they worked good. compared to $500 extended a-arms, or a $300 axle, most guys can learn to live with a lil bump steer.
