What is the proper wheel offset for a Honda 87 250x? I found a different set of wheels I want to get, but the spacing is nothing like its measured on a car! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Most rear wheels that you can buy for a quad are a 3X5 offset which means 3" on the inside and 5" on the outside. The second number in the offset is always measured from the outside of the wheel to the center of the wheel, Ex. stock quads usually have a 1X4 offset in the front, if you buy a 2X3 wheels for the front the quad will be 2" wider than stock. It Depends on what type of riding your going to do to determine the amount of offset you will be most happy with, also wether or not you have wider arms and axle too.

The correct offset for a 250X is 4+5 and 3+2
