what oil should i use with my 300ex? work thats done is below

Can't go wrong with Mobil One RED cap full synthetic. And dont worry about the clutch slipping with this oil either. I used to use Honda HP4 semi-synthetic and it was good stuff, but the Mobil One is way cheaper, performs better, and lasts longer. ;)
