jetting

I have a 400ex with a R4 full system and run it with the airbox lid off. I live in Wisconsin near Green Bay. I have a 168 K main jet in now everything else stock. (in carb). How should i have it jettet and what carb adjustments do i need. I am going to have my local mechanic show me how to do this though. I just want a piece of mind.:confused:

can anybody help me with the jetting and the settings of the carb.

155-158 keihin mainjet. 42 pilot jet. in the cold months move the needle clip down one position. 2.75 turns out from lightly seated on the fuel screw.
