Just got my quad back!!

I just got my quad back. i got a new clutch,topend,camchain and my mug is running like new. its amazing what kind of power can come from a 300cc engine actually 282. by the way i think they bored my cylinder .20 over what would that make the total displacement.

i just got done test riding it in 1st it didnt matter what kind of terrain i was on it would just pull a wheelie and then it would keep the tires off the ground in 2nd. feels good to have it back. only people who ride sport quads know what i mean.

whats the stock bore and stroke?

cc= 2.14159* r2 * h

or 2.14159 * radius (bore/2) squared * stroke

300ex's are awsome. I just sold mine to build a 250r. But I did like the 300.

stock bore & storck = 74.0mm x 65.5mm

and i believe it had to be bored .20

i think it should be 7.4cm x 65.5 cm = 281cc
then 7.6 x 65.5 = 297cc

:cool: As yes it sucks to be out of a quad :) Glad your back on the trail, next time you tear it down but a cam/rockers in it & a bigger carb thenyou'll REALLY be going WOW :):) Mine will pull wheelies in ALL gears :eek: :blah: w/ my son riding it that is LOL ;)
