450R pipe?

Ok, got a question for you. Has anybody modified a 450r pipe to fit a 400ex? Before I get flammed to bad here let me give you some info.
1.) I'm poor.....actually I'm not, just the wife wants a house so the funds have been taken away.
2.) My quad needs a pipe.
3.) My brother inlaw just bought a 450r with the hrc kit and a new pipe for it.
4.) I can have the stock pipe for free with the new end cap.

So what do you think? Is it not posible?

Cutting and welding is not a problem. Just wondering if someone else has tried it yet. Thanks for the reply.

does putting a flowmaster on a 4 cylinder give it that v8 sound :huh

True....I should be able to start looking at it this weekend. Once I start the project I'll post back and let you all know how it's going.
