needle burried in a 94 prelude vtec, with full JG engine motor (H22 punched out to a 2.3ltr) gutted, racing a new mustang supercharged cobra, maybe 2/3 yrs ago. pretty much side by side, sometimes the cobra would nose ahead, sometimes the lude. i wasnt driving but it was about midnight maybe later so there wasnt an ounce of traffice out. i dont reccomend street racing though. after that run we pulled off and the mustang guy searched the car all over for a bottle/supercharger/ anything to explain why that car was that fast.

hey man, don't feel slow, 100 on a sled is fast, i was doin 65 on em and i let off and the back end gets so loose and slides all around, if you go 100 on a sled that is AWSOME!

i had my 94 ford ranger 3.0 v-6 topped off and hit the govenor limiter thing. the speedometer goes to 80 or 90 i think i got it to 120, the needle was so far pinned i hit the D on the gear selector panel thingy. to make it sound less confusing the speedo ends at 4 o clock and i got it to 6 o clock

on a street bike the fastest i went was 60 on a hayabusa but it was in a neighborhood and i wasnt tryin to kill anyone

on my dads thundercat 1000 i passed a guy with his speedo buried at 120 like he was nothing.. i would say i was past 134.. only a clutch kit and airbox mod and some head work..

Ya those T-Cats are quick . If you wanan see something bury the needle and still have TONS left in it .... jump aboard a Yammy SRX 700 . Fastest sled on the lake straight out of the box . Ive seen one with just studs hit 125 on the gun . Clutch it , pipe it , and do a few little mods , and that biatch will pull well into the 130s no problem .

Can't wait to see some of the new turbo sleds this year . Rumors have it , a guy in town here ordered a turbo for his RX-1 from Bender racing . Seen dyno graphs from Bender saying their kit will add 125 more HP and you can get bigger kits .... cost of these kits ..... $7000 Canadian !!!:(

My uncle used to hold the record for fastest sled in Canada back in the early 90s ..... it was a Formula Mach 1 , with a couple nitrous stages hooked up to it .

let me refrase that. yeah they could, if its just the delsol body. a guy i knew had one that was extremely fast with a b-18 motor in it. it was a low 13 second car no doubt. but i would believe one hitting somewere of around 140-150.

my brothers was a b20 with i beleive a b18 head so the manifold fits under the hood( since teh stock manifold on the b20 comes out and up cause its in a bigger car a crv) had just rebuilt the wole motor je piston block gaurd h beam rods. not some crappy job. boosting 18 pounds. was a low low 12 high 11 sec car. with bfg drag radials on when he hit boost in 2nd gear it would leave 2 strips down the road.

I've been 135 riding with my friend in his VW Passat 1.8T (for being a 4000lbs car there fast)
With me driving i have been about 120, in my pickup, and i have had the needle burried at 90 in my jeep and i still gained speed, im guessing i was doing about 110,

Fastest I ever went in a car was a 97 firebird with some tricks, I think 140mph or something like that.

On a bike around 150 on a v-max with some internal work and cobra pipes (LOUD!)

quads, my built and regeared banshee goes 80 pluss. It will out gun and out run the new 450 's(with **** done to them) without a problem.

According to dirt bike magazines radar test my wr426 will pull 90mph. So I guess thats the fastest I have ever gone on a dirt bike.

I know it will out pull fat boys cr250 without a hitch.

haha, i am sure that the sled i was on coulda done alot more, but that was in 1000 ft... i haven't topped it out...when your runnin at 246 hp on a 15 degree day , you dont wanna take a chance of blowin it up... 134 mph in 1000 ft is pretty quick, and that was with the track not hookin up that well...lol
