i dont get all this strocker stuff what dose it mean you have a 450 stroker motor what dose stroking do.

Stroking increases the displacement by whatever stroke increase that is used. The crankpin is moved up on the crank to increase the travel of the crank- a 1mm move increases the stoke by 2mm-1mmup and 1mmdown when the crank is rotated.
The piston pin has to be relocated by the same amount or a shorter rod is used. Stroking seems to help the torque of the engine.
