I have a 440 setup. Now I don't have the clearance that I used to between the piston and the cylinder. Can I just bore it out a little and get a bigger piston? What is the next bigger size?

You know, I'd like to think I'm fairly knowledgeable about internal specifics on engines but your question has me sitting here scratching my head. I have NO clue as to what your question is.

Did you buy a 440 kit and just expect it to fit right in? You have to have a new sleeve pressed into the jug and then it has to be bored and finish honed.

Sorry guys! Yeah I guess that was worded bad. I have had my 440 kit installed for a year now. I have used it so much that the cylinder wall has worn just out of tolerance. I was wondering if the cylinder walls could be bored out again. Thanks for the help
