making some upgrades on the ol 300ex

hey,
i have a 2000 300ex that is almost stock other then a kn power kit (filter and jetkit) and i was thing about a cam and pistons or something liek that i was wondering if i could buy bothe those things in a kit.

I think quad works has a kit like that, but I don't know if it has one for the 300ex or not.

I have an 03 300ex and got a yoshi slip on with the tec kit. it added quite a bit of torque. the slip on comes with the loud spark arrestor so if ya want to quiet it down its worth the 35buks for the tec kit-and doesnt rob too much power:macho

i have a 03 300ex and when i did mine like that i couldnt find a good quality kit instead i ordered seperately

get them in this order

if piston is an over bore with 11:1 compression get it first
then high rev cdi
then get a cam

that way you will get the most noticable performance gain

dotn get these items unless you get a pipe to accomopdate for the new compression

03 300ex- fully setup for mx to much to list

put a pipe and if you want and if you can find one cheap you can put a 400ex carb. i did and it helps,
if you have a bunch of mods it will help!!!!
