2 weeks ago i put a 416 kit 11:1, hot cam,and race port and polish,I have t4 exhaust and degree key . The only problem i had was... when setting to cam timeing i could not go by the TDC mark on the flywheel because of the degree key changing the location(no longer have stock flywheel key) everything is done and bike has no power i also have a 300 ex and my 416 is no faster. The only thing i can think of is my cam timeing is off! any ideas before i tear it apart again??

take the 4 plugs out of the rocker cover and check the clearance between the rockers and the valve stems. did you put a different cam in too?

the T mark isn't off by much. you go a little bit past the T mark. another way is looking at the piston. it may be hard to see, but when the piston is at the very top, is top dead center. by the way, the valve clearance needs to be .005 intake and .006 exhaust for running hotcams. you need to make sure your timing is right. two marks on the cam sprocket should align up with the head and the other line should face UP when the cam lobes are down.
