Pry the lens cover out of the temp light and it will all come out
thru the back-
for the key switch, there are indexing tabs on the back side that must be pressed in to release the key switch assembly.
you can squeeze them with your fingers.
good luck ;)

haha, its funny cuz i had the same prob... the light is easy just do what he said, but i key wont come out copletely unless you either cut the wires and put through the front or do like i did and tear the SH*t out of the cover and take the key out just by breakin the cover...lol good luck kid

You don't have to cut the wires or cut the sh*t out of the plastic thing either. Just unplug the switch from under the hood, slide the wires out, then plug it back in. I just taped my key to one of the wire looms under the hood and leave it in the on position. I also zip-tied the light to the clutch cable right in front of your face.

alright guys, i wrote this post and got really impatient, lol! i cut the plastic thing off with a wire cutter! haha. oh well i got my bars on! there awesome! i love the way it feels compared to stock, but its gonna need some getting used to again. I taped the warning light kinda off to the side where i can still see it and zip tied the key on them little bunch of wires, dosent look bad at all! i put my shockwears on too, looks good!

LOL, I cut mine too - but I didn't butcher it, just enough to push it back through the opening. You could really still use it if you wanted to.
