when u guys wash ur quad what do u do as in lubing and stuff to keep everything smooth. my z400 has been ridden hard for a year now nd everything on it squeaks..every bearing on it is shot..nd bolts randomly come loose. I know to just check my bolts now but is there anyways to prevent the wearing out/falling apart factor? Im getting a 450r next year nd i want to keep that in much better condition then i kept my z in

get a honda. honda's have sealed bearings
If you do your own work on your quad, use loctite on the bolts that you're supposed to use loctite on.
The only thing I lube every time I wash my quad is the chain, but I don't usually use a pressure washer on anything but the fenders.
Keeping your quad nice is just a matter of working at it.
As for me, I keep mine in decent shape, but I don't feel it's worth my time to keep my quad spotless. YOMV

the squeaking can obviously come from alot of things, but usually your shocks are a large part of it, just take the shocks off and put a little grease on the mounting bolts and they should stop, doing that with your a-arms will also help
