CDI Change???

Just wondering how much it would cost to change my CDI on my 05 TRX 450R so it won't hit the rev limiter so early or can you even change that on these bikes? If it can be done would like some inputs on what would be the best route to go?

The only two cdi boxes for the 450r are Dyna and Vortex that I know of. I have personally tested the Vortex and it revs out at 11.5k rpm. Stock cdi is 10k rpm. That will give you about 10mph more. Both boxes are around $350-$400. They do have selectable maps.
