Axis shock- HELP QUICK ?

I just got my axis rear shock, and the top mounting hole is larger then the mounting bolt, so the bolt has some play when through the shock? Is this normal for axis shocks??

You should have some aluminum type of spacers with O-rings for the top eye bolt that allows the shock to rotate each way without binding.

If you have these and the top eyebolt is still larger than your bolt a call to Axis seems appropriate.
