is it hard or easy to powder coat an 03 400ex frame? and around how much does it cost...and about how long does it last...AN finally how much would it cost to do the wheels black also

its not hard to put it on there but you have to bake it on after you spray the powder coat on or it will come off when you touch it. powder coating lasts a long time and is durable. you need to get with pappy and check some prices and send your stuff to him to get it pc'd.

depending on where you live a frame and sub will run anywhere from $150 to over $300.

its not all that difficult to do a frame as long as your set up to do them.

powdercoat will outlast paint but remeber it is still just a coating and can be damaged and will wear.

u have to sand blast ur frame also before u powder coat adn that take some money too

not trying to take work away from pappy but this guy wes on here... "2000ex" does a great job at powdercoating and he has real good prices too. His shop is in mass. Let me know if u want his number or anymore info. i can send pics of the frame he did for me, its a translucent red that fades to a black, came out AWESOME:D
