yz426 stalling

my yz426 feels like its is bogging and stalling when u are going slow and try to give it a little bit of gas adn ive heard others had the same problem. So i was wondering if i could get some weight added to the flywheel to help this problem, since i plan on putting this motor into my 400ex id like to get this fixed. also i want to bore or stroke this motor to 440 or 450 before i put it into my 400ex, only problem is i cant find many websites that offer work for a yz426, maybe i just dont know where to look but any help is great.
